The Heart of Texas Human Trafficking Coalition (HOTHTC) is a multi-disciplinary task force that seeks to support and encourage a collaborative effort among local and federal law enforcement, prosecutors, and victim service providers to end human trafficking in our community.

Founder Dr. Deena Graves left the corporate world and founded the Dallas nonprofit Traffick911 and that’s when she met “M”. She left that nonprofit and created  m3transformations helping children who have lived their own stories of torment at the hand of traffickers and parents. Her focus is working to prevent rescued children from falling back into hands of traffickers.

Lavaca County Rise Up for Life


Lavaca County Rise Up for Life is a local organization supporting life from conception to natural passing. This
handout was presented at the Human Trafficking and Child Sexual Exploitation Town Hall on September 16, 2023.
Rise Up for Life has a yearly pro-life rally on the Hallettsville square the morning of the Texas state rally held that
afternoon. The next Lavaca and Texas state rally is January 27, 2024.
